Riccall Carers retains excellent rating

Following a recent annual review with the care governing body, CQC, Riccall Carers are pleased to announce that they have retained their 3 star excellent rating.

Lucy and Sarah join the team

Lucy Lawton and Sarah Luckhurst have now started working in the office and will be helping out with the co-ordination of the provision of care as well as assisting in the dealing with the day to day issues.

There is now a new page under the Careers heading which shows what the current vacancies we have at the moment.

Leonnie wins Care Trainer Award

On the 14th November the Independent Care Group hosted the Great North Care awards and our training manager Leonnie Martin won the Care Trainer Award. Sue Hadjidavid was also a finalist for the Home Care Worker Award.

Claire & Gemma join the team

Welcome to Claire Fawcett and Gemma Bristow who have joined us as care co-ordinators. Claire will be working with the York team and Gemma will be working with the Selby team. 

Riccall Carers move into new premises

On the 7th July we moved into our new premises at the Escrick Business park just off the A19. In addition to increasing the amount of office space, we have also got a new training and meeting room.
