Personal care and domestic help in York and Selby.

Riccall Carers help remove the worry and responsibility of having to care for yourself in your own home or relying too heavily on your family. Our care workers enable you to relax, safe in the comfort that with them you can cope and live happily at home.

Our Care Manager or a Care Co-ordinator will visit you to discuss your requirements, they will prepare a personal care plan for you and match the right care worker with the skills to meet your needs. So that your lifestyle is as you choose, our carers ensure you are happy, safe and comfortable.

Cheerful experienced care workers visiting you at home

As well as providing a pleasant routine and regular companionship, our care workers provide a range of services including:

  • Personal care such as helping you get up, washed and dressed to keep you feeling good about yourself
  • Domestic help such as the laundry, shopping and washing up to keep your home clean and comfortable
  • Escort service escorting you to social events and appointments to maintain your freedom
  • Overnight care so you feel safe and secure

We aim to offer continuity by providing the same team of care support workers to visit you on a regular basis. However, sickness and holidays some times make this not possible, but we ensure you know about it in advance and your replacement care worker knows all about you and what is important to you.

We provide anything from a daily 15 minute 'pop in' to check you are alright, to 30 minute or one hour visits or multiple hour visits during the day or evening or over night care. At all visits our aim is to ensure that you and your home are comfortable and safe at all times.

Don't hesitate to call us on 01757 248123 to talk about how we can help you.
