At Riccall Carers we pride ourselves on our experienced management team and the way they work hard to make sure rosters match your requirements. Their teamwork and competence ensure you get the reliable service you deserve. We have invested heavily in training for our management team and our care staff, and in specialised software in order to manage our organisation efficiently.

Gill and Tony Conroy are the working Directors of Riccall Carers, responsible for the planning and accounts of the care agency and bringing together the experienced team.

Overseeing the day to day running of the organisation is our Deputy Manager, Sue Crundwell who also ensures that the Agency adheres to the National Standards set by the government with the help of the rest of the team. Initial meetings and assessments are done by our very experience qualified Occupational Therapist Hannah Long. Efficient procedures giving you the reliable service you deserve 

Sue, with the assistance of Care Co-ordinators, Jackie Guest, Paula Bailey, Christine Handy & Lucy Lawton, allocate all the York visits on a weekly basis. Mel Yeaman is the Co-ordinator for the Riccall to Selby areas. Their main aim is to ensure that your care workers visit you regularly and on time.

A thorough induction, as set by the Training and Skills Council, is delivered to all new care worker. We also provide a full training programme covering all mandatory training issues as well as many others. Sarah Luckhurst is a qualified NVQ Assessor in Care enabling our staff to gain National Vocational Qualifications with internal support.
